贊曰：下惡人退廗，有四：一明去，二不止，三快勅，四敬諾。初中復二：初標、後釋。此標也。

The Eulogy says: Below is the withdrawal of the evil persons, having four parts: first, explaining their departure; second, not stopping them; third, the swift command; fourth, reverent assent. The first part also has two: first, marking it; second, explaining it. This marks it.
