三功德畢竟成就，謂種種念觀，以說彼法成就因緣如法相應故。此意說言，以說種種念觀等法，彼念觀等佛皆成就，如所說法本末因緣皆相應故。言相應者，契會證義。

Third, the accomplishment of ultimate merit: that is, with various mindfulnesses and contemplations, because expounding that Dharma accomplishes the causes and conditions in accordance with the Dharma. The meaning of this is: through expounding dharmas such as various mindfulnesses and contemplations, the Buddha has accomplished those mindfulnesses and contemplations, because the fundamental and secondary causes and conditions of the expounded Dharma are all in accord. Saying 'in accord' means matching and realizing the meaning.
