保安三年十月廿四日移點已了，以興福寺圓如房本。法隆寺覺印為令法久住為之。以左然可為正云云。

On the twenty-fourth day of the tenth month in the third year of the Hōan era, collation and punctuation were completed using the exemplar of the Ennyobō at Kōfuku-ji. Undertaken by Kakuin of Hōryū-ji so that the Dharma may long endure. What is noted on the left may be taken as correct, and so forth.
