保安三年七月二十九日以興福寺圓如房本移點已了，法隆寺僧覺印為令法久住為也。

On the twenty-ninth day of the seventh month of the third year of the Hōan era, collation and punctuation were completed using the master copy of the Ennyobō of Kōfuku-ji, done by the monk Kakuin of Hōryū-ji for the sake of the long enduring of the Dharma.
