贊曰：思救不可得，有四因故：一法深難解，二根鈍難救，三著樂難捨，四癡盲難悟，云何可度？

The Commentary says: Regarding considering that rescuing them is impossible, there are four reasons: first, the Dharma is profound and hard to understand; second, their faculties are dull and they are hard to rescue; third, they are attached to pleasures and find them hard to abandon; fourth, they are deluded and blind, hard to awaken. How could they be delivered?
