贊曰：下有四頌半，化遇良緣，有三：初一頌半佛現讚揚，次半頌勸同諸佛，後二頌半引己為證後實初權。此初二也。十方佛現歎佛稱善，讚第一師得無上法，勸隨諸佛後實初權。釋迦能姓，牟尼寂號，今略言文如音訓說。法爾隨喜，皆云善哉！

Eulogy: The following four and a half verses concern the conversion encountering favourable conditions, and have three parts: first, one verse and a half in which the buddhas manifest and praise him; next, half a verse urging him to conform to all buddhas; and finally, two and a half verses citing themselves as verification that the provisional comes first and the real later. These are the first two. The buddhas of the ten directions manifest, praise the Buddha, say "Excellent!", laud the foremost master who has attained the unsurpassed Dharma, and urge him to follow all buddhas in putting the provisional first and the real later. Śākya is the name of his ability/clan, and muni is the title of silence; here the text is abbreviated as explained in the phonetics and glossaries. It is the natural law that rejoicing in accord [with virtue] is always voiced as: "Excellent!"
