贊曰：結成法儀也。大乘妙理體無分別，三乘不異悉皆作佛，故說之也。
The commentary states: Concluding the Dharma's proper manner. The wondrous principle of the Great Vehicle is intrinsically free from conceptual discrimination, and the three vehicles are not different, all becoming buddhas; therefore he preaches it.
