4.60

若劫減時佛方出世，劫增輪王，何故儴佉與彌勒同世？又佛不出家當為輪王，日月燈明八子皆統四天下也。

If a buddha appears in the world only when the kalpa decreases and wheel-turning kings appear when the kalpa increases, why is Śaṅkha in the same era as Maitreya? Moreover, if a buddha does not leave the household life, he would become a wheel-turning king, and the eight sons of Candrasūryapradīpa all ruled the four continents.
