贊曰：自下第三授當佛記，有三：初記時，二正記，三國土。此初也。「過十二劫」者，佛壽劫滿方授記故，精進成就名為堅滿。

The Eulogy says: From here below, the third [part] is bestowing the prophecy of the future buddha, which has three parts: first, the time of prophecy; second, the prophecy itself; third, the land. This is the first. 'After twelve kalpas' means that only when the kalpas of the Buddha's lifespan are completed does he bestow the prophecy; being perfected in vigorous effort is called 'firmly full' (Dhṛtiparipūrṇa).
