贊曰：下諸天讚供，有二：初供、後讚。供中復二：初衣華供，後伎樂供。初衣華供有二：初供養、後靈相。此初也。「以華供」者，表聞法華當得佛果故。

Eulogy: The praising and offerings of the devas below has two parts: first the offerings, then the praises. Within the offerings there are again two: first offerings of robes and flowers, then offerings of music. The first, offerings of robes and flowers, has two: first the making of offerings, then the miraculous sign. This is the first. 'Offering with flowers' signifies that hearing the Lotus Sūtra ensures that one will attain the Buddha fruition.
