保安三年初冬晦日，以興福寺圓如房本出寫移點已了，法隆寺僧覺印之本者皆點本也，又朱或本者，點本付或本也，又中○滅也，左右正或本，又ウラモフ字也，皆可悉之。

On the final day of the first winter month in the third year of the Hōan era [1122], copying and transferring punctuation from the manuscript of Ennyobō of Kōfuku-ji was completed. The manuscript of the monk Kakuin of Hōryū-ji is entirely a punctuated manuscript; also, where there is vermilion reading 'variant text', the punctuated manuscript conforms to the variant text; furthermore, the middle ○ indicates an omission; the left and right are the correct and variant texts; also, the characters 'uramo fu' should all be understood.
