The Commentary states: From here on is the fourth part: the metaphor of escaping the disaster by following his words. It has two parts: first, the children escape the disaster; second, the father fulfills his heart's peace. This is the first part. "Accorded" means pleasing and gratifying; because it pleased and gratified what the three vehicles desired in their hearts, it is called according with their wishes. "Their minds each courageous and sharp" means mental vigor. "Courageous" means advancing; "sharp" means keen—wholesome vigor. "Pushing and jostling one another" means bodily vigor and also vocal vigor. "Jostle" means to push; pushing also means yielding. The pronunciation of "push" is *chǐ-zhuī* reversed, not *tǔ-léi* reversed. Bodily karma mutually encouraging with strength and vocal karma mutually exhorting is called pushing and jostling one another; vying to cultivate actions and practices is called racing and running; equally hoping to escape suffering is called vying to emerge from the house.
