5.98

贊曰：下第三說法同今，有二：初明同今，後釋所以。此初也。以同今故名為「亦以」，「雖非惡世」非穢土也。既言清淨，明化淨土。

The Eulogy says: Below, the third [part] is that his preaching of the Dharma is identical to that of the present [Buddha], which has two parts: first, explaining the identity with the present; second, explaining the reason. This is the first. Because it is identical to the present, it is called 'likewise with'; 'although it is not an evil age' means it is not a defiled land. Since it is said to be pure, it is clearly a manifested pure land.
