贊曰：第五決定二乘所不能悟，乖本心故。不愚法者可有信義，無順修行。
The Commentary says: The fifth shows that those of the two vehicles with fixed [gotra] cannot awaken, because it opposes their fundamental inclination. Those who are not deluded regarding the Dharma may have the principle of faith, but have no practice conforming with it.
