贊曰：第六不定姓二乘方順生信。汝最上根尚信我語方漸證入，況餘不定聲聞姓耶？菩薩聞之，能思擇入。「尚」音常兩反，《玉篇》「時亮反」。「庶」幾也、且也。

The Commentary says: The sixth shows that only those of the two vehicles with indefinite gotra sequentially generate faith. Even you, of the supreme faculties, only gradually realized and entered it by believing my words; how much more so the remaining śrāvakas of indefinite gotra? When bodhisattvas hear it, they can reflect, discern, and enter. The character 尚 (shàng) is pronounced with the fanqie of 常 (cháng) and 兩 (liǎng); the Yupian gives the fanqie of 時 (shí) and 亮 (liàng). 庶 (shù) means nearly, or moreover.
