贊曰：此二頌駝驢果。此有四果：一負重，二杖捶，三念食，四無知。「駱」音洛，亦為駝。有作「駱」，馬色也，非此義。「駝」「駞」皆得。

The commentary: These two verses concern the retribution of camels and donkeys. This has four retributions: first, bearing heavy burdens; second, being struck with sticks; third, thinking only of food; fourth, stupidity. 駱 is pronounced luo, and also stands for camel. Some write 駱 as the color of a horse, which is not this meaning. Both 駝 and 駞 are acceptable.
