贊曰：受野干果。有四：一疥癩；二無一目亦無雙者，若偏信小乘唯不信大乘故無一目；三打擲；四致死。

The commentary: Receiving the fruit of a jackal has four [retributions]: first, scabies and leprosy; second, having neither a single eye nor both—one lacking a single eye represents one-sidedly believing in the Hīnayāna while disbelieving only in the Mahāyāna; third, being struck and pelted; fourth, meeting with death.
