保安三年十二月四日，以興福寺圓如房之本移點已了，法隆寺僧覺印令法久住、往生極樂也。
On the fourth day of the twelfth month of the third year of Hōan [1122 CE], using the exemplar of Ennyobō of Kōfuku-ji, the collation and punctuation were completed; may the monk Kakuin of Hōryū-ji cause the Dharma to abide long and attain rebirth in Sukhāvatī.
