6.325

贊曰：令傳語也。教令彼聞，名汝詣彼。方便漸化，故言徐語。二乘學地，名為作處。無漏之法勝過初教人天之善，名倍與直。彼心能遂而修學者，勸來修學，名使作也。

Commentary: Ordering them to convey a message. Causing him to hear the teaching is called 'you go to that place.' Transforming him gradually through expedients is why it says 'speak gently.' The learning ground of the two vehicles is called the 'place to work.' Uncontaminated dharmas surpass the initial teaching of wholesome deeds of humans and devas, which is called 'giving double wages.' If his mind can follow and cultivate them, urging him to come and cultivate is called 'bring him here to work.'
