贊曰：此子獲也。識自先來無心規佛，何期根熟，任運聞經當得作佛，名本無心有所悕求，佛果實藏自然而得。

The commentary says: This is the son's obtaining. He recognized that from the beginning he had had no intention of seeking the Buddha; unexpectedly, his capacities having matured, he spontaneously heard the sūtra and will attain buddhahood. This is called having originally had no mind to seek anything, yet the true treasury of the fruit of buddhahood was obtained spontaneously.
