贊曰：三合不肯修大。愚癡名迷，猶豫名惑。樂小法故不肯修大。
The commentary says: Third, matching the refusal to cultivate the Great [Vehicle]. Delusion is called "confused"; hesitation is called "ignorant". Because of delighting in lesser teachings, they refused to cultivate the Great [Vehicle].
