7.15

贊曰：四往來者。「多王」者，愛念仁王敬故、豪族宗重臣庶崇故。由此因緣，四眾八部往來者多。

The Commentary says: The fourth is those who come and go. ‘Many kings’ means that out of loving regard they revere the benevolent king, and because prominent clans, ministers, and commoners honor and venerate him. Due to these causes and conditions, those of the four assemblies and eight classes who come and go are numerous.
