「四域四惡趣，梵王六欲天，
無想天淨居，四空及四禪。」

"The four continents, the four evil destinies,
Brahmā king, and the six desire heavens,
The heaven of non-conception, the Pure Abodes,
The four formless realms, and the four dhyānas."
