贊曰：果記有七。此記自體。覩豪光而生明慧，聽法義而瑩金光，況久修因金光自飾，故名光明。

Commentary: The prophecy of fruition has seven parts. This records the own-nature. Beholding the ray of light, brilliant wisdom was born; listening to the meaning of the Dharma, the golden radiance was burnished; all the more so, having long cultivated the cause, the golden light naturally adorned him, and therefore he is named Light (Raśmiprabhāsa).
