為令法久住、往生極樂為之。　本ト者皆點本也，本（ニモ）入（リ）者□付也，異樣也。

Undertaken in order that the Dharma may long endure and for rebirth in the Utmost Bliss. The notations marked "本ト" are all from the glossed manuscript; those with "本ニモ入リ" are appended notes, being variant readings.
