此品所明乃有二義：一大通往事，即行無上；二說化城今事，即增長力無上。何故唯以化城為名，不以佛事為目？

What is clarified in this chapter actually has two meanings: first, the past events of Mahābhijñā, which is the unsurpassable practice; second, the present event of the conjured city, which is the unsurpassable power of increase. Why is it titled solely after the conjured city and not designated after the Buddha's past deeds?
