The Eulogy says: Below is the second major section, the turning of the wheel of the true Dharma. It has two parts: first, making offerings and requesting the turning; later, from "At that time, after the Tathāgata Mahābhijñājñānābhibhū had received the requests of the Brahmā kings of the ten directions..." onward, granting permission to turn it. The first text has two parts: first, clarifying the sixteen sons making offerings and requesting the turning; later, clarifying the Brahmā kings making offerings and requesting the turning—because blood relatives were present, whereas non-relatives were not present before. The first text again has two parts: first, going to the Buddha to make offerings; later, requesting the turning of the wheel of Dharma. The first text again has two: first, clarifying going to the Buddha; later, clarifying bowing and praising. Going to the Buddha has five parts: first, clarifying the Buddha's sons; second, clarifying their proceeding there; third, the mothers sending them off; fourth, the grandfather sending them off; fifth, the intention behind going. This is the first. The other-enjoyment body has parents and the like: the Sūtra of the Drum-Sound King states that "Amitābha Buddha's father was named Candrottara, and his mother was named Viśiṣṭādbhutarūpā," and he had sons, māras, and so forth. In emanations before the seventh stage there is demarcated death (pariccheda-cyuti), and thus parents and so forth exist; in emanations from the eighth stage and above there is transformation birth, so in principle there is no such thing, because there is no death and rebirth, and because an other-enjoyment body can appear together with a golden wheel[-turning king]. This buddha's grandfather was a wheel-turning sage king.
