贊曰：下四頌半，分三：初一頌佛具內外德故請，次一頌半有大利益故請，後二頌明佛識達故請。此初也。「倫」匹也等也。

The Commentary says: The following four and a half verses are divided into three: the first verse requests because the Buddha is endowed with internal and external virtues; the next one and a half verses request because there is great benefit; the final two verses request because the Buddha possesses penetrating comprehension. This is the first. *Lun* (倫) means equal and peer.
