贊曰：下第三段禮讚請轉。有二：初供養，後請轉。初長行有二：初歸禮散華，後獻宮請納。此初也。

The Commentary says: Below is the third section: paying homage, praising, and requesting the turning of the wheel. It has two parts: first, the offering; second, requesting the turning of the wheel. The first prose section has two parts: first, taking refuge, paying homage, and scattering flowers; second, presenting the palaces and requesting acceptance. This is the first.
