贊曰。第五上方。有三，無第四許，此即覩光驚議。有二：初眾梵驚議，後一天請求。

The Eulogy says: The fifth is the zenith. There are three [sections, as] there is no fourth, the assent. This is seeing the light and deliberating in wonder. There are two [parts]: first, the host of Brahmās deliberates in wonder; second, one deva makes the request.
