贊曰：此明第二第三第四會也。彌勒三會說，釋迦不說會，利益生機各不同故。

The Eulogy says: This explains the second, third, and fourth assemblies. Maitreya is said to have three assemblies, while Śākyamuni does not speak of assemblies, because the capacities of sentient beings to be benefited are each different.
