贊曰：下第四段佛起讚歎。有二：初昇座讚歎，後勸人親信。此初也。讚歎有七：一希有，二根利，三智明，四近聖，五脩行，六受持佛智，七開示眾生。

The Commentary says: The fourth section below is the Buddha rising and giving praise. There are two [parts]: first, ascending the seat and praising; later, exhorting people to draw close and believe. This is the first. The praise has seven aspects: first, rarity; second, sharp faculties; third, clear wisdom; fourth, drawing close to the sages; fifth, cultivation and practice; sixth, upholding the Buddha's wisdom; seventh, revealing it to sentient beings.
