同年十二月十日移點已了，以興福寺圓如房之本。法隆寺僧覺印，為令法久住、往生極樂為也。　高名點本也。　與□摺本校（〔云云〕）。

On the tenth day of the twelfth month of the same year, the transfer of punctuation marks was completed, using the exemplar of Ennyobō from Kōfuku-ji. Done by the Hōryū-ji monk Kakuin, in order that the Dharma may long abide and for rebirth in Sukhāvatī. This is a noted punctuated exemplar. Collated with a block-printed edition (and so forth).
