贊曰：第二退流生死喻。「周流」者經歷義。「諸國」者五趣也，總名他國。

The commentary says: Second, the parable of the regressive flow into birth and death. "Wandering around" has the meaning of passing through. "Various countries" refers to the five destinies, collectively called other countries.
