贊曰：此明虔恭。有八：一得希法，二心淨，三踊躍，四從坐起，五到佛前，六禮足，七却住，八瞻仰。
The Eulogy states: This explains reverence. There are eight [aspects]: (1) obtaining a rare Dharma, (2) purity of mind, (3) leaping with joy, (4) rising from his seat, (5) going before the Buddha, (6) prostrating at the feet, (7) stepping back and standing, and (8) gazing reverently.
