贊曰：下第二段領今說實。有二：初領滅化，後領說實。此初也。何故為求無漏衣食而枉至於二乘地耶？如是艱辛得小果利，此非實耳。

The Eulogy says: The second passage below understands the present explanation of reality. There are two parts: first understanding the cessation of the conjuration, and next understanding the explanation of reality. This is the first. Why did he, in seeking untainted clothing and food, vainly reach the stage of the two vehicles? Experiencing hardship like this to obtain a minor fruition and benefit—this is not the real thing.
