贊曰：下合領今說實。有二：初合領滅化，後合領說實。此初也。示二涅槃為佛之因，故言令汝種佛善根、示涅槃相。

The Commentary says: Below is integrating the understanding of the present exposition of the real. It has two parts: first, integrating the understanding of extinguishing the conjuration; second, integrating the understanding of expounding the real. This is the first. By revealing the two nirvāṇas to be the cause for buddhahood, it therefore states: 'causing you to plant roots of goodness toward buddhahood, and showing the characteristics of nirvāṇa.'
