贊曰：下頌領解。為二：初六頌頌喻領，後四頌頌合領。初復為二：初四頌頌領昔權喻，後二頌頌領今說實喻。領權為三，此文有二：初七句領初教發心喻，次一句領中途方退喻。從生死中至大乘舍，故名為往。法財無量，故名大富。以教法為膳、菩提心為珠，雖遇大乘猶無明醉，故臥不覺。

The Commentary says: Below, the verses express their understanding. This has two parts: first, six verses versify understanding through the parable; second, four verses versify integrating the understanding. The first part also has two parts: first, four verses versify understanding the past expedient through the parable; second, two verses versify understanding the present exposition of the real through the parable. Understanding the expedient has three aspects, and this passage contains two: the first seven lines understand the initial teaching to generate the mind [of awakening] through the parable; the next line understands the retreat midway through the parable. Going from samsara to the house of the Great Vehicle is called 'going.' The Dharma wealth is immeasurable, hence it is called 'great wealth.' Taking the Dharma teachings as food and the bodhicitta as the jewel, although encountering the Great Vehicle, they were still drunk with ignorance; hence, lying down, they were unaware.
