贊曰：領今說實喻。初頌示往因滅化顯真，後頌明生歡喜。雖現未富當富諸財，未得五欲如得無異。如見樹居白鷺，表水非無故。

The Commentary says: Understanding the present exposition of the real through the parable. The first verse reveals past causes, extinguishes the conjuration, and manifests the true; the subsequent verse clarifies the arising of joy. Although not presently wealthy, they will certainly be wealthy with various riches; not yet possessing the five desires is no different from possessing them. It is like seeing white herons dwelling in the trees, which signifies that water is not absent.
