保安三年十二月十六日以興福寺圓如房本法隆寺僧覺印移點已了。為令法久住、往生極樂也。
On the sixteenth day of the twelfth month of the third year of Hōan, the monk Kakuin of Hōryū-ji completed transferring the punctuation marks using the exemplar of the Ennyobō of Kōfuku-ji. May this cause the Dharma to endure for long, and bring about rebirth in Sukhāvatī!
