二者說十九品名為正宗。初十二品明一乘境，中分二：上來八品正明權實三根得記，次下四品歎人美法勸募持行。科判四品不異流通，故此品來。

Second, it is said that nineteen chapters are designated as the main doctrinal body. The first twelve chapters clarify the sphere of the Single Vehicle, divided into two: the above eight chapters directly clarify the provisional and real, where those of three faculties receive prophecies; the subsequent four chapters below praise the persons and extol the Dharma, urging and encouraging upholding and practicing it. In terms of structural division, these four chapters do not differ from dissemination; hence this chapter occurs.
