贊曰：此三頌重受持，一頌勸敬、一頌供養、一頌佛使。演說讀誦等皆是受持。

The Commentary says: These three verses honor accepting and upholding: one verse exhorts respect, one verse concerns making offerings, and one verse concerns being the Buddha's emissary. Expounding, reading, reciting, and so forth are all accepting and upholding.
