贊曰：下第二段十三頌轉正法輪。有二：初八頌請，後五頌正轉。請中有二：初三頌十六子請，無供養也；後五頌諸梵王請。此初也。

The Commentary says: Below is the second section of thirteen verses, on turning the wheel of the True Dharma. It has two: first, eight verses of entreaty; later, five verses of the actual turning. Within the entreaty there are two: first, three verses of entreaty by the sixteen sons, without offerings; later, five verses of entreaty by the Brahmā kings. This is the first.
