贊曰：下三十六頌頌前募眾說經陳方付囑。中分三：初九頌半陳募說經，次十九頌對比勝劣，後七頌半重募諸人結成勝行。初中有三：初三頌半募持、讀、誦者令其自誓，顯現在佛知彼之心；次四頌募護法者令其自願；後二頌募說法者，「即為見我」等，勸令發願。此初也。

The Eulogy says: The following thirty-six verses versify the preceding solicitation of the assembly to preach the sūtra and the setting forth of the entrustment. Within this there are three parts: first, nine and a half verses set forth the solicitation to preach the sūtra; next, nineteen verses contrast superior and inferior; finally, seven and a half verses re-solicit everyone, concluding with the supreme practice. In the first part there are three: first, three and a half verses solicit those who uphold, read, and recite it to make them take their own vows, showing that the present Buddha knows their hearts; next, four verses solicit protectors of the Dharma to make them make their own vows; finally, two verses solicit preachers of the Dharma, [saying] "that is to see me" and so forth, encouraging them to give rise to vows. This is the first.
