贊曰：順正行也。梵云杜多，此言除棄，訛云頭陀。此有十二，如《瑜伽．聲聞地》說。

The Eulogy says: This is according with correct practice. In Sanskrit it is called dhūta; here this means 'abandonment and elimination,' erroneously pronounced toutuo. There are twelve of these, as explained in the Śrāvakabhūmi of the Yogācārabhūmi.
