根熟發心即為記別，後方說喻繫於寶珠。從初為名，故名受記。

Once their faculties ripen and they generate the aspiration, a prophecy is immediately given, and only afterward is the parable of tying the precious jewel spoken. It is named after the beginning, and therefore called 'Receiving Prophecy'.
