贊曰：下三頌毀辱忍。分三：一所忍事，一忍辱意，一結護持。「鎧」音苦愛反，甲也。

The commentary says: The three verses below treat enduring humiliation. They are divided into three: first, the matter endured; second, the intention of forbearance; third, the conclusion on protecting and upholding. For kǎi (鎧, armor), the sound is the fanqie spelling kǔ-ài; it means jiǎ (suit of armor).
