贊曰：此品之中大文分二：初啟請，後開示。此初。有二：初讚揚希有；後請說軌儀，云何後世無傷損說。

The commentary says: Within this chapter, the major text is divided into two parts: first, the request; later, the instruction. This is the first. There are two parts: first, praising it as rare; later, requesting the rules and deportment, asking how one can preach it in the future age without suffering injury or harm.
