贊曰：此五頌半頌外真法親近處。為三：初一半頌十八句中生法二空離有為無為，次二頌如山心定，後二頌亂頌餘句。隨其所應，如義應知。

The commentary states: These five and a half verses summarize the sphere of intimate approach regarding external true dharmas. There are three parts: first, one and a half verses containing eighteen lines on the two emptinesses of persons and dharmas being free from the conditioned and the unconditioned; next, two verses on the mind being settled like a mountain; finally, two verses non-consecutively summarizing the remaining lines. One should understand them according to the meaning, as appropriate.
