贊曰：下十頌半頌經勝妙。中有二：初四頌喻，後六頌半合。此初也。初三頌喻權，後一頌喻實。權有三喻：一王，二功，三賜。

The Eulogy states: The next ten and a half verses versify the supreme excellence of the sūtra. There are two parts: first, four verses of metaphor; after, six and a half verses of application. This is the first part. The first three verses use metaphors for the expedient, and the last one verse uses a metaphor for the real. The expedient has three metaphors: first, the king; second, merit; third, granting.
